Tuesday, June 7th Write on Radio talks with William Forstchen about his novel One Second After, which is about what would happen after an EMP (electromagnetic pulse) attack on our nation. He is a professor of history at Montreat College in North Carolina and the author of more than 40 books, including the award-winning We Look Like Men of War.
We also talk with Pamela Cory about her new novel Hassie Calhoun: A Las Vegas Novel of Innocence. The first of a trilogy, Hassie Calhoun is a story of a young woman's struggle to succeed as an entertainer in Las Vegas in the Rat Pack era. The next two books take place in New York and London during different critical eras.
